Is surveycity.org a member of the Better Business Bureau?
SurveyCity
is currently not a member of the BBB because one of the requirements to become a member is for the site to be online for at
least one year. When we reach the one year mark, we intend to apply for membership in the BBB.
More importantly, our
payment processors (ClickBank.com and PayPal.com) are very well-known and extremely reputable companies. And they require
us to operate in a "legitimate" fashion which includes providing adequate customer service, honoring refund requests, etc.
If we didn't do these things they wouldn't continue processing our registrations, so maybe that will put your mind at ease.
