If I change my mind, can I cancel my account and get a refund?
If after
reviewing the SurveyCity private members-only website and trying a few surveys you aren't thrilled with how easy we've made
it to make some extra cash, just let us know within 90 days and we'll give you a full money-back refund. You have nothing
to lose.
While we will have to cancel your account and you'll no longer have access to our members-only website, you
will be able to keep any money that you've earned up to that point.
And unlike other sites that make you jump through
hoops in order to get a refund, our policy is simple: If you ask for a refund, you get a refund. No questions asked. All you
have to do is email us and we'll issue a refund via the same method that you used to pay.
